I am an experienced Educational Diagnostician with a Master of Arts in Special Education. My career has been dedicated to supporting students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they receive the evaluations and services necessary for their success. I take pride in my organized and energetic approach, always striving to create a positive impact in the educational environment.
Throughout my career, I have worked in various educational settings, from elementary to high school, providing assessments and developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with Dyslexia and other learning challenges. My experience includes facilitating ARD meetings and collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure continuity of services. I believe in the importance of teamwork and communication, and I am committed to fostering a supportive atmosphere for both students and staff.
In addition to my professional work, I enjoy kayaking, bird watching, and watercolor painting. I value the opportunity to travel and learn about new cultures, which enriches my perspective as an educator. I am now seeking remote opportunities that allow me to continue my work in education while providing flexibility in my personal life.
