I’m looking to lead HR operations and organisational diagnostics, strengthen labour compliance under the Botswana Employment Act, and deliver practical dashboards using SPSS/Power BI to improve workforce planning, culture, and risk control.

I’m a Human Resources and Organisational Development professional with over 7 years of progressive experience across corporate environments, public administration, and organisational diagnostics. I focus on end-to-end HR operations that are both operationally sound and aligned to labour requirements.

In my recent roles, I executed rigorous workforce administration and statutory compliance under the Botswana Employment Act. I served as a primary focal point for internal labour disputes and employee relations, applying structured mediation to mitigate workplace risk while protecting confidentiality across staff levels.

As an independent consultant, I deliver strategic OD, HR systems optimisation, and data analytics mandates for government, private sector, and civil society clients.
