What I'm looking for

I’m looking to drive HR strategy that strengthens employee relations and compliance—using data-driven HR, performance management, and policy leadership—to help operational teams meet KPIs in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

I’m an HR practitioner with over 5 years of experience supporting operations across mining, logistics, manufacturing and farming. I align HR strategies with business objectives to strengthen employee relations and help leadership drive performance and compliance.

As a Senior Human Resources Officer at IRONBASE, I spearhead recruitment and selection, develop and implement HR policies, and facilitate disciplinary hearings in line with company policies and Botswana labour laws. I also manage payroll administration, employee leave and timesheets, benefits, performance assessments, training and development, and maintain accurate HR filing and documentation to support audit-ready compliance.

Previously, as a Human Resources Officer with Medical Devices Botswana (consortium of 5 companies), I handled industrial relations, grievance resolution, expatriate work and residential permits, leave and payroll (SAGE), benefits (including medical aid), and disciplinary hearings. I’ve also contributed to Quality Management System (QMS) policy development and supervised administrative staff while supporting budgeting, executive committee work, and workforce upskilling initiatives that improved morale and productivity.
