Malcolm Nyovanie

I am an ICT technician with over 10 years of experience in hardware and software configuration, customer support, and network management. I have led teams, trained staff, and managed ICT equipment for data collection projects with government and international partners.

In my role as ICT Support Technician, I configured and assigned ICT equipment, performed troubleshooting for PCs, servers, networking and mobile devices, and built and maintained informative and e-commerce websites. I also managed data, generated daily reports, and performed data cleaning to ensure accurate project delivery.

As an IT Manager, I designed and built cost-effective networks, maintained servers and computer hardware, coached personnel on network use, and compiled data analysis and reports. I focused on finding cost-effective solutions and drafting service license agreements.

I hold an Advanced Diploma and Diploma in Information & Technology and additional certifications in ethical hacking and ICDL. I bring strong problem-solving, attention to detail, web design, IT security, and customer service skills, and I thrive in roles that combine technical work with team leadership and training.
