I’m a detail-oriented Medical Administrative Specialist with nearly one year of healthcare administration experience, combining patient scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorizations, claims processing, and EHR documentation. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and I bring strong communication to every patient interaction.

In my current role, I manage high-volume patient calls and coordinate appointments and provider calendars. I verify insurance eligibility and benefits, process medical claims and follow-ups, and ensure accurate EHR records while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

During my externship, I continued building my front-office foundation by scheduling appointments, maintaining EHRs, and supporting insurance verification, prior authorizations, and claims. I also prepared medical charts and supported patient intake and clinical documentation.
