I’m looking for a marketing leadership role where I can own full-funnel growth—paid placements, short-form video, CRM/email, and analytics—while leading a strong team to scale audiences, improve conversion, and deliver measurable revenue impact.

I’m a Head of marketing building scalable IT and EdTech growth systems across social media, paid placements, email, performance creatives, partnerships, and content operations. I’ve managed 60+ Telegram channels, scaled a 2M+ multi-channel audience, and led teams of up to 15 people while managing a ~$60K monthly advertising budget.

My work focuses on full-funnel strategy and analytics-driven optimization—turning underperforming channels into stable growth, improving paid-placement conversion from 0.5% to 3%, and raising email open rates from 3% to 10% through testing and segmentation. I also grow short-form video performance (Reels/TikTok) and coordinate creative production and partner marketing across B2B and B2C.
