What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Tier 1/2 IT Support role where clear communication, security awareness and fast resolution matter.

At TrendyNest, I administer a Shopify store end to end, handling platform settings, user access, product listings, orders and customer data. I also resolve customer inquiries and platform issues.

At Music Hut, I set up, operate and troubleshoot live audio equipment, making fast technical decisions under pressure and coordinating with venue managers to keep events on schedule.

As a Customer Support Associate at Mobile Store, I provided technical support for devices and resolved customer issues in a fast-paced retail environment.

I'm a third-year ICT student at AUST with Cisco-certified networking and hardware fundamentals. Through SOC and security labs, I’ve practiced alert triage, incident analysis, phishing investigation and Windows and Linux troubleshooting.
