I’m looking for a role where I can combine Salesforce/CRM analytics with automation to optimize revenue workflows. I want cross-functional ownership—turning business requirements into validated data solutions that improve accuracy, reporting, and operational speed.

I’m a CRM and operations analyst with 4+ years of Canadian experience, focused on turning messy revenue data into reliable workflows. In my current role, I engineered Python and VBA automation that reduced per-dataset processing time by 80–85% (from ~30 minutes to ~5 minutes) and cut data error rates from 30–40% to under 10% through rule-based validation and exception handling.

I built a scalable automation framework adaptable across 10+ OEM datasets, standardizing workflows to improve cross-team consistency.
