I'm looking to improve sales operations through Salesforce, reporting, forecasting, and analytics, with opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen data integrity, and partner with stakeholders on process improvement.

At Rogers Communications, I build Salesforce reports, dashboards, datasets, Power BI dashboards, and Alteryx workflows that support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and business planning.

I manage recurring reporting and performance tracking for more than 100 sales representatives, using sales and operational data to improve forecasting accuracy, workflow optimization, and resource planning.
