I am seeking remote HR roles where I can lead talent acquisition, HR operations, and payroll management in corporate settings.

I am an Assistant HR Manager with over 10 years of progressive HR experience across hospitality and corporate sectors in the UAE and India. I specialize in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll administration, and training & development.

At Nakheel Riu Deira Island Hotel I collaborate on HR policy implementation under UAE law, manage recruitment and performance processes, and use AI-enabled HR tools like Textio and Teamtailor to improve hiring and HR operations.

Previously, I led HR operations for Landmark Group’s Citymax Hotels across six properties, supporting 700+ employees and administering Oracle HRIS, payroll inputs, WPS compliance, and employee relations. I have also supported launch-phase HR at Al Etihad Credit Bureau and set up HR for new hospitality operations in India.

I hold a Masters in Hotel Management & Human Resources and continuously develop leadership skills through programs like McKinsey Forward.
