At DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Business Bay, I set the 2023–2025 people strategy and designed a talent framework that achieved 60% internal mobility and supported more than 20 promotions in 2025.

I introduced HR analytics into management decisions, helping reduce turnover to 9.8%, and raised the 2024 employee engagement score to 97%. I also co-developed a performance incentive programme linked to employee development and business outcomes.

Most recently, as Director of Human Resources at Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah, I led the HR function for a 450+ employee resort and managed an eight-person team. During scaled-down operations, I designed a leave plan that resolved 80% of outstanding leave and reduced associated payroll liability.
