I’m looking for a customer-facing technical product role where I can lead cross-functional delivery for cloud/IoT platforms, own roadmap execution, and strengthen operational reliability through observability and incident-driven improvements—especially in smart energy ecosystems.

I’m a customer-facing technical product and platform leader with 8+ years of experience delivering scalable outcomes across smart energy, SaaS platforms, IoT ecosystems, and cloud-based service delivery. I lead cross-functional teams to turn complex technical requirements into adoption-ready customer experiences, while driving operational reliability through incident response, root-cause analysis, and escalation management. Recently, I’ve coordinated the Hydro-Québec × TELUS Demand Response pilot, resolved a major reporting issue through stakeholder alignment and mitigation planning, and led Sev-2 risk mitigation that prevented potential disruption for 750–900+ connected thermostats.

In my current role, I spearhead connected device onboarding and cloud-to-cloud integrations for thermostat and water heater ecosystems, define device management participation logic for Energy Event Device Management, and improve service observability using CloudWatch monitoring and dashboards. Before that, I guided SaaS product roadmaps and customer feedback loops as a Product Manager / Product Owner, and I strengthened customer support operations—improving response times by 60%—through QA workflow optimization and better Help Center documentation.
