Mahmoud Abdel-Salam

I’m a Sr.Trainer who started in customer service and evolved into training and coaching roles. I’ve worked as a Trainer at IntouchCX (2024–2026) and Concentrix (2023–2024), building strong instructional delivery and team performance routines.

Before training, I led operations and supported customers across different environments, including Customer service representative / Sales representative at Sutherland and Sutherland’s team leadership for 3 months. I also served as a social media moderator and handled account responsibilities, including “Technical account” and “Account Manager” roles.

I bring a practical, organized approach: communication and leadership skills, coaching & mentoring, performance tracking, and creating & managing spreadsheets for reporting and analytics. I’m fluent in Arabic, English, and French, and I use CRM & tools, lead generation & conversion focus, and even audio & video transcription to improve training and outcomes.
