What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service or operations role where I can use quality analysis, coaching, training, and process improvement to strengthen team performance and reduce customer dissatisfaction.

I've progressed from Customer Service Agent to Subject Matter Expert and Trainer on Teleperformance's high-volume Talabat account, resolving complex issues, analyzing C-SAT, D-SAT, and AHT, and improving service workflows. I design and deliver training focused on empathy, proactive communication, and soft skills, using customer feedback to target dissatisfaction drivers.

My Bachelor of Law background strengthens my compliance awareness, documentation, and negotiation approach. I bring frontline customer insight, structured coaching plans, and cross-functional coordination to improve team performance and customer outcomes.
