As a Community Engagement Manager with The City of Calgary, I am dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with community members. My role involves ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact for community inquiries. I develop and implement engagement strategies that align with community needs and organizational goals, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Previously, I organized and facilitated community programs with the Somali Canadian Society of Calgary, enhancing engagement and participation. My experience as a Customer Service Representative has equipped me with the skills to handle inquiries efficiently and resolve customer concerns effectively.
