I'm a Community Research Associate with the Alberta First Nations Governance Information Centre, supporting Indigenous community-based research, participant engagement, outreach, and documentation.

I build respectful relationships with community members, families, Elders, youth, and partners while maintaining cultural safety and confidentiality. My work is grounded in strong First Nation community connections and a genuine commitment to Indigenous people, families, and communities.

For 24 years, I've shared cultural mentorship and traditional teachings while contributing as a traditional artist, recreation programming contributor, and martial arts instructor trainee. I was also a Calgary Arts Development Council grant recipient in 2022 and 2023.

I've supported clients in busy community settings through customer service volunteering at the Red Deer Food Bank, bringing compassion, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving to every interaction.
