I've supported newcomers and diverse communities through immigration, settlement, and essential-service navigation at North York Community House, Malik Solutions, and the Arabic Community Center.
At North York Community House, I conduct client intakes and needs assessments, help with immigration documentation and translations, and connect people to housing, healthcare, employment, legal aid, ESL classes, and government services. I also deliver settlement support in schools and hospitals, maintain accurate client records, provide crisis counseling, and prepare monthly progress reports.
I'm fluent in English and Arabic and bring a client-centered, culturally sensitive approach to case management, outreach, referrals, documentation, and interpretation.
