Maxime Poingt

I am an immigration professional with over five years of experience guiding newcomers through Canadian and Quebec immigration systems. I manage complex immigration files including work permits, study permits, CSQ applications, permanent residence pathways, LMIA-related processes and citizenship applications.

I lead service coordination and case management, overseeing 150+ immigration files annually and ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant with IRCC requirements. I provide detailed client eligibility assessments and coordinate submissions while maintaining regulatory compliance.

I deliver culturally sensitive, multilingual client support in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese, and I coordinate community partnerships and outreach to improve service delivery for vulnerable newcomers. Previously I managed high-volume hospitality operations, gaining strong team leadership and operational skills.

I am expanding my expertise in Canadian immigration regulations with the long-term objective of obtaining RCIC licensing and continuing to support newcomer integration and successful immigration outcomes.
