What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead inclusive community, newcomer, or public-service programs where I can build partnerships, improve access to services, deliver training, and use evaluation and stakeholder engagement to strengthen outcomes.

At North York Community House, I designed and delivered 40 digital literacy workshops for more than 400 newcomers, immigrants, and refugees, helping them access online government services independently.

I’ve led stakeholder engagement, national staff training, curriculum co-design, funder reporting, and program evaluation with 14 immigrant and refugee-serving organizations across Canada.

My background also includes policy research, grant development, budget oversight, compliance operations, and community-based advocacy. I bring multilingual communication in Dari, Farsi, Pashto, Urdu, and Hindi to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
