What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my experience in client support and program management, ideally within a community-focused organization that values diversity and inclusion.

With over 9 years of experience in the Resettlement Assistance Program (RAP), I have honed my skills as both a Settlement Counsellor and a Program Coordinator. My journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by newcomers, allowing me to provide essential support and guidance to help them transition smoothly into their new lives in Canada.

In my role as a Program Coordinator at Catholic Social Services, I have successfully managed housing activities, ensuring that clients secure safe and affordable accommodations. My ability to build strong relationships with housing providers and conduct thorough needs assessments has been instrumental in creating effective housing processes. I pride myself on my excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, which enable me to connect with clients and address their concerns promptly.

My extensive background in banking and financial services, combined with my education in finance management and immigration consulting, has further enhanced my problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new environments. I am passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others and am committed to fostering an inclusive community for all.
