Cherry Lee
@cherrylee
I support housing stability, crisis response, and recovery for people facing mental health barriers.
What I'm looking for
At YWCA Toronto, I support tenants facing housing instability through eviction prevention, crisis intervention, harm reduction, and individualized support planning.
Previously at ADAPT of Illinois, I provided case management, advocacy, individual and group services, and clinical interventions for underserved people with schizophrenia diagnoses. I also used nonviolent crisis intervention skills to de-escalate behavioral and violent situations.
I bring a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed approach to community engagement, housing support, and client resource navigation.
I value collaborative relationships with clients, service providers, and community partners that promote stability, recovery, and independence.
