What I'm looking for

I help growing, globally distributed teams strengthen People Operations, streamline HR processes, and build efficient employee lifecycle and talent operations.

At Praxys AFAD Limited, I’m the sole HR resource for two founder-led clients: a cross-border fintech and a scaling marketing agency. I built and standardized onboarding and offboarding frameworks, documentation, and employee workflows where formal HR infrastructure was limited or absent.

I coordinate recruitment operations across four countries, from sourcing and candidate communication to interview scheduling and offer logistics using Greenhouse and Lever. I also support distributed teams with employee lifecycle administration, systems access, equipment, and vendor and contract coordination.

Previously, at Citi Trust Holding PLC, I coordinated HR operations across five subsidiaries and compiled workforce metrics in Excel while maintaining Workday records. At Keystone Bank, I audited personnel files and digitized verification and documentation processes. I’m PHRi certified and a CIPM graduate member, and I’m completing an MBA.
