At Alusi Tours, I supported clients through email, phone, and chat—handling reservation confirmations, cancellations, and special travel requests. I also completed pre-travel and post-travel follow-ups, maintained organized booking records, and helped resolve disruptions to protect customer satisfaction.

Previously, as a Front Desk Assistant / Customer Service Representative at PrideInn Azure Hotel, I welcomed guests, managed check-ins and check-outs, handled room reservations and guest requests, and coordinated with housekeeping and operations.
