I am an ICT and Communications Specialist with hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, supporting ERP platforms, and enforcing ICT security and policy compliance. I combine systems administration with communications to improve operational efficiency and organizational visibility.

At the Business Registration Service I provide first-line support to 200+ users, administer Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, and implemented backup and disaster recovery procedures that reduced downtime. I also manage CCTV and biometric systems and support Odoo ERP usage across teams.

Earlier, as an intern at Zetech University I assisted in digital records management, secured 1,000+ student files, and supported daily troubleshooting and server maintenance. I design training materials and deliver staff training on IT systems and cybersecurity.

I create digital content through graphic design, photography and videography, and apply social media and storytelling to boost engagement. I seek roles where I can blend technical stewardship, security best practices, and communications to drive measurable organizational impact.
