I am an IT and digital solutions professional with hands-on experience supporting MSMEs, entrepreneurs, and institutions to adopt and manage digital tools. I specialize in simplifying technology for low-literacy and semi-digital users through visual, step-by-step instruction.

As a Business Development Services consultant I delivered diagnostics, digital tool training, and growth strategy sessions for youth- and women-led MSMEs, introducing WhatsApp Business, Google Forms, and Canva to improve outreach and branding. I provide one-on-one coaching on recordkeeping, pricing, and basic financial literacy tailored to semi-literate entrepreneurs.

In government and NGO roles I provided day-to-day IT support across departments, led Microsoft 365 capacity-building sessions, participated in cybersecurity awareness campaigns, and maintained internal databases for audit readiness. I have built and supported ERP modules using ASP.Net Core and Angular, and supported data migration, testing, and user training during deployments.

I hold SIYB trainer certification from the ILO and technical certifications including Microsoft/LinkedIn software development essentials, cybersecurity fundamentals, and foundational C#. I am passionate about enabling small businesses to digitalize operations, improve efficiency, and sustain digital practices through follow-up coaching and clear documentation.
