I am an Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) professional with hands-on experience maintaining technical systems, supporting network administration, and providing high-level IT support at Huduma Centre (Nairobi). I focus on ensuring employees have the technology and secure data storage they need to perform effectively.
I have formal training including a Diploma in Information Technology and certificates in Data Analytics & Visualization (Python) and ICDL, and I have delivered mentorship, capacity building, and implemented organization policies to drive efficiencies.
