I’m seeking an Account Executive role where I can own markets, exceed sales goals, build and coach teams, and elevate prestige beauty/fragrance brands through consultative selling and data-led KPI strategy.

I’m a field-driven Account Executive and retail leader with 8+ years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, and luxury retail. I own markets, exceed sales goals, recruit and develop top-performing Beauty Advisors, and act as a trusted brand ambassador to corporate and store partners. I’m entrepreneurial, analytically minded, and focused on driving sell-through, client retention, and brand elevation across accounts.

As Store Manager at BoySmells, I drive market-leading performance for an ecommerce brand’s first brick-and-mortar location. I personally contribute 30%+ of total store sales while consistently exceeding overall corporate sales targets, and I’ve increased store conversion rate to 20% by refining floor leadership, client engagement strategies, and consultative selling behaviors. I recruit, hire, train, and coach fragrance-focused Beauty Advisors, while also serving as the primary liaison between store teams, corporate leadership, and brand owners—recognized by Corporate and C-suite for communication and leadership.

I also led brand growth at HogoeKpessou as Brand Manager, expanding via retail partnerships, B2B platforms (JOOR, Bulletin), and influencer collaborations—delivering a 114% increase in Q4 revenue and $13K in profit through digital and email campaigns. Earlier, I supported operational initiatives as a Project Associate and worked as a Product Owner (Contract) partnering with UX, Development, and Business stakeholders—tracking KPIs like CVR, AOV, UPT, and CTR and managing roadmaps, timelines, and communications for 27+ initiatives.
