What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support student and community success through inclusive operations, advising, training, compliance, and cross-functional leadership.

I'm currently guiding 130+ Cybersecurity students at Western Governors University through academic planning, program completion, and career development while managing documentation and workflows in Salesforce.

At Franklin College, I directed the Center for Diversity and Inclusion, supervised staff, chaired the President’s Diversity and Inclusion Council, and partnered with HR on cultural competency, onboarding, and offboarding training.

I've also supported underrepresented Pharmacy Technician students at Stepful and helped international students at Manchester University navigate onboarding, SEVIS records, and immigration compliance.
