What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to lead student-success, higher education, workforce-development, or customer-success programs where I can strengthen retention, deliver effective training, build partnerships, and use data to improve learner and client outcomes.

I've led program administration and operational strategy at Agape Performing Arts for more than eight years, aligning staffing, curriculum support, retention analysis, and community partnerships with its educational mission.

At SAE Institute North America, I taught Entrepreneurship, Business Management, Music Business Contracts and Intellectual Property, and Career Preparation. I rebuilt course content, advised and tutored students, and used Canvas, Blackboard, Turnitin, and early-intervention practices to support completion and career readiness.

I've also grown and retained education and workforce-development partnerships at Penn Foster and led client onboarding, training, and adoption at StorageDefender. I'm completing a PhD in Organizational Leadership and Development and bring a practical, data-informed approach to student outcomes, training, and stakeholder success.
