I seek a role that allows me to support students' educational goals in a collaborative environment.

As a Higher Education Specialist, I have dedicated my career to empowering students and guiding them through their academic journeys. With a Master's degree in Communication Arts and extensive experience in various educational roles, I have honed my skills in communication, leadership, and student support. My thesis on survivors of veteran suicide reflects my commitment to understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by diverse student populations.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led presentations, trained new counselors, and developed strong relationships with high schools and military communities. My experience as an academic advisor and adjunct faculty has allowed me to work closely with students from various backgrounds, helping them navigate their educational goals and achieve success. I am passionate about fostering an inclusive learning environment and believe in the potential of every student to become a leader in their own right.
