I am a dynamic and outgoing high school graduate with a passion for customer service. My experience includes working as a Funeral Director Assistant and in various customer-facing roles, where I honed my skills in client interaction and service delivery. I am currently furthering my education at Humber College, which I started in the Fall of 2024.
Throughout my work experience, I have developed a strong ability to listen to clients' needs and create solutions that meet their expectations. My role at Karens Flower Shop involved not only customer service but also the creative aspect of floral arrangement, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I take pride in my organizational skills, demonstrated through my time as an Executive Assistant, where I managed data entry and office organization effectively.
