What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role that leverages my customer support background while allowing me to grow as a data analyst—collaborative teams, mentorship, and opportunities for applied analytics.

I have supported e-commerce sellers as a Selling Partner Support associate at Amazon, handling email and phone contacts and anticipating follow-up queries to provide clear, actionable resolutions. I also trained as a sales associate for Optus and worked on customer relations and HR operations during internships.

At iBHubs I developed English-learning content for an Active Vocabulary application based on neural association techniques, and I contributed to customer support for a VR gaming product. I'm currently upskilling through an online Data Analytics program covering SQL, Google Sheets, Power BI and Python, and I have completed projects including a Java-based library database and an Android utilities app.

I am detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and eager to apply my customer-facing experience together with growing analytical skills to roles that value problem-solving, learning, and cross-functional collaboration.
