I’m an Operations and administration professional with over ten years of international experience spanning logistics, inventory management, customer service, communications, and team leadership. I progressed through four roles at adidas by consistently demonstrating reliability, strong organisational skills, and operational excellence.

At adidas, I managed daily stockroom operations, including inventory control, replenishment, and order processing. I coordinated stock flow across teams to maximise product availability, maintained inventory accuracy, and supported operational excellence through process improvement and clear stakeholder communication.

Before and alongside my retail and operations work, I strengthened my customer-first approach through roles such as customer service representative and sales/team leader, including achieving a 100% Net Promoter Score for three consecutive months. I also delivered freelance digital content, blogs, and social media materials, partnering with clients and internal teams to create engaging outcomes.
