What I'm looking for
I’m an Operations Specialist with a strong internal communications and People & Culture focus, currently at Sellpy in Stockholm. I take ownership of order accuracy and operational reliability by investigating missing items and shipment discrepancies, correcting records, and coordinating with the right departments to keep products advertized and sellable.
In my day-to-day work, I manage customer claims and returns end-to-end—processing and evaluating issues, issuing refunds for eligible claims, and maintaining clear, precise transaction records. I also monitor delivery exceptions and delays, update inventory for returned items not collected from parcel shops, and determine the right disposition for returned or disputed items (resend, refund, or retain).
I also invest in the people side of performance. As a People Happiness Team member, I manage employee happiness and satisfaction, strengthen internal communication between employees and the organization, and help ensure a smooth workplace experience through employee welfare initiatives and engagement activities.
My background supports this blend of operations and communications: I’ve worked on process improvement and employee survey accountability as an APT Representative, audited an internal project, and developed a CRM proposal and strategy for an international non-profit. With ITIL Foundation certification and ongoing growth through programs like the Sellpy Master’s Program, I’m energized by roles where I can streamline operations, improve communication, and continuously raise service quality.
