What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a relationship-focused client success, coaching, or customer support role where I can build trust, guide client journeys, solve problems, and help people take meaningful action toward their goals.

I've supported founders and network marketers through MP Coaching, providing accountability, guidance, and ongoing support as they build their businesses. I help clients work through challenges around marketing, visibility, confidence, and taking consistent action.

At OES, I managed customer data and communications in Salesforce CRM, resolved enquiries, and maintained accurate records while balancing multiple priorities. My work is grounded in thoughtful communication and positive customer outcomes.

My client-care background includes Laser Clinics Australia, Little Company, and Yeti, where I managed reception, bookings, follow-ups, product recommendations, customer enquiries, and retail sales. I've also trained new staff and helped keep busy daily operations running smoothly.

I'm completing a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and bring NLP coaching training alongside practical experience in digital marketing, personal branding, and online business support.
