What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead customer success in a product-led environment—owning onboarding, retention growth, and adoption—while partnering with Product to translate customer insights into roadmap improvements.

I’m a pragmatic customer success professional bringing 20 years of varied experiences across customer-centric leadership and business development roles. I currently serve as a Customer Success Lead at CareStack Australia, where I lead Customer Implementation & Onboarding and Support teams for 125+ live customers across Australia.

I own the post-sales customer lifecycle strategy—driving engagement, adoption, retention, and expansion across the portfolio while proactively reducing churn driven by unmet expectations. I designed and implemented a Customer Success Handbook with clear engagement models, playbooks, SOPs, escalation frameworks, and lifecycle best practices, and I’ve architected the HubSpot Customer Journey framework including lifecycle stages, automation workflows, health scoring models, and structured touch points.

I also build strong operational rhythm through Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR & QBR) to track KPIs, improve stakeholder alignment, mitigate churn risks, and drive account growth. Earlier, as a Customer Success Learning Specialist at Eftsure, I led onboarding and ongoing customer education through training sessions and live webinars, created guides and Help Centre articles, and enabled cross-selling of additional protection offerings; before that, as a Business Manager at Oral Health Sydney, I led business planning, people management, finance and budgeting, IT systems and data security, and marketing/communications—skills I now bring into how I lead customer outcomes and influence product improvements.
