I'm currently supporting clients at Bay Audiology as a Customer Care Consultant, providing client care, managing appointments, conducting hearing screening checks, and assisting audiologists through telehealth.

I help with hearing tests, TYMPS, hearing aid measurements, otoscopy, device repairs, troubleshooting, consumable sales, and invoicing. I enjoy Audiology Tele Health and love every second of it.

Previously, I maintained shipment records, invoicing, payment follow-ups, vendor communication, and data entry as a Logistic Administrative Clerk at STG Africa. My work has consistently focused on accurate administration, clear communication, and keeping operations running smoothly.

I also bring experience in ambulance assistance and reservation supervision, including patient transport, emergency reporting, team coaching, financial duties, customer reservations, and performance reporting.
