I’m a Customer Care Advisor with remote SaaS support experience in health-tech, handling high-volume client queries through Zendesk (email and live chat). I triage and troubleshoot patient-facing software issues—payment errors, account access problems, and prescription ordering failures—escalating to clinicians when needed.

I also bring strong operational and compliance-minded habits: I investigate missing or undelivered parcels by cross-referencing dispatch records and Royal Mail tracking, raise replacement orders via Jira, and ensure accurate upload of sensitive data before clinical referral.
