I’m a dedicated remote operations and customer support professional with 3+ years of international experience in New Zealand, balancing healthcare support, administration, and customer service.

In my roles, I handled real-time customer communication across email and phone, managed documentation and filing systems, and supported day-to-day operations with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and problem-solving.

I’ve also supported healthcare workflows by maintaining healthcare documentation, reporting resident updates to senior staff, and following infection control and person-centred care standards—while staying calm and effective in fast-paced, multicultural environments.

Alongside hands-on experience, I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and an NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (Level 4). I bring strengths in virtual assistance, remote team collaboration, data entry, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, CRM/record management, and time management—so I can help teams run smoothly, respond faster, and deliver a consistently great customer experience.
