I'm currently supporting residents at St Johns Wood Care Centre, helping with personal hygiene and meals, monitoring vital signs, moving patients, and updating records.

Before this, I prepared planned meals for babies and children at Best-Start Daycare Centre, including meals for strict dietary requirements. At Bupa Retirement Village & Care Home, I maintained residences and shared spaces while assisting in the kitchen when needed.

For eight years at SOH Group, I was the primary contact for clients, handling enquiries, maintaining CRM records, following up on satisfaction, and coordinating resolutions with internal teams.

My background also includes debt counselling at Edcon Financial Services and document administration at Nampak Food Durban. I bring extensive customer service, technical support, data capture, Microsoft Office, troubleshooting, and team training experience.
