What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people-focused role where I can strengthen customer relationships, support field teams, use performance data, mentor colleagues, and contribute to employee welfare, health promotion, and high service standards.

I'm currently supporting Sun King customers as a Contact Centre Executive, resolving inquiries and complaints while meeting call handling and resolution targets. Previously, as an Energy Officer, I met solar-product sales targets, onboarded agents, supported mobile-money payments, and built customer relationships that generated referrals and repeat sales.

I've also led sales teams and trade activation across Telkom Kenya, Airtel franchise operations, and my own mobile accessories business, Macktel Networks. My Public Health background adds experience in health data collection, school health education, HPV vaccination outreach, community mobilization, and employee welfare.
