I’m a Senior Product Designer with over 10 years of experience guiding end-to-end digital experiences across enterprise organizations, from research and strategy through to execution and launch. I focus on user-centered design and modular frameworks to simplify complex workflows and create scalable systems that drive measurable business impact.

Whether it’s building a design system from scratch, owning an end-to-end product or refining an experience that’s almost there, I'm just as comfortable setting direction as I am getting hands-on.

At EmbedIT, I led the UX strategy and end-to-end product design for a European financial services provider across its Asian markets, streamlining workflows and reducing operational time and costs through a unified design system and modular coded components.

Previously at IBM and PwC, I partnered with global clients to lead product design from early-stage strategy and pitch proposals through to launch and delivery.

I collaborate closely with product, engineering, risk and compliance stakeholders to align user needs, business goals and regulatory requirements every step of the way.
