What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead cross-functional teams to build scalable product and brand systems, mentor designers, and apply design-first processes—ideally in collaborative, growth-oriented companies embracing iterative, research-driven design.

I am a design lead with 10+ years of experience building product, brand, and experience systems across digital and physical touchpoints.

As a founding and lead designer, I have taken products from concept to cross-platform launch, creating atomic design systems, multi-language support, and AI-enabled research tools that reduced rework and sped validation.

I lead teams and cross-functional collaboration in English and Mandarin, run workshops to improve design-developer workflows, and have directed brand, packaging, and product launches for studios and commercial brands.

My work blends experimental art direction with pragmatic systems thinking, producing scalable design foundations, cohesive brand identities, and compelling user experiences that align with business goals.
