What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my bilingual customer service strengths and healthcare knowledge (Epic, HIPAA, CPT) to support patients confidently, while continuing to grow in medical workflows and patient-centered care.

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service professional with 7+ years supporting patients and customers through phone inquiries and in-person service. In my current role as a Patient Representative, I obtain patient information (including insurance), apply extensive EPIC and HIPAA knowledge, and order labs and imaging using CPT codes.

Previously, I supported operational work that strengthened my reliability and attention to detail, from delivering trays and sanitizing stations as a Dietary Aide to providing account services as a Teller. I also bring strong front-line customer skills from retail as a Sales Representative & Event Coordinator, including prompt complaint resolution, while continuing my education in the SLPA program.
