I've led EMEA marketing at Smoothwall, a SaaS provider supporting 13,500 schools and protecting more than 6.5 million students. I delivered a 224% uplift in marketing-generated ARR, a record £348k in marketing-sourced ARR in one month, and 123% growth in MQL generation.
I build scalable demand generation, go-to-market, brand positioning, and pipeline programmes across B2B and B2G markets. At Smoothwall, I led a six-person UK and EMEA team, developed ABM campaigns, improved MQL-to-SQL conversion to 66%, and worked closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive ARR growth.
Across Adare Group and Adare SEC, I supported acquisitions, integrations, disposals, and private-equity-led transformation. I helped deliver 61% EBITDA growth, built a B2B/B2G demand generation function, led marketing integration and rebranding, and positioned businesses for growth and exit.
