I’m looking for a high-growth SaaS sales org where I can automate reporting, accelerate pipeline visibility, and partner cross-functionally on GTM decisions—cutting operational overhead while scaling analytics and execution.

I’m a Sales & Revenue Operations analyst with 10+ years optimizing GTM workflows, automating data pipelines, and turning operational metrics into revenue decisions. I’ve built analytics infrastructure across SaaS and BPO environments, using Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce to improve pipeline visibility and KPI tracking.

Most recently, I automated a Snowflake SQL → Google Sheets pipeline with Python, cutting daily processing from 60 minutes to under 5, and reduced Tableau export workflow time from 30+ minutes to ~7. Earlier, I led enterprise Genesys WFM and NICE CXone implementations for 400+ agents, improving service levels from 60% to 90% over 5 years while scaling forecasting, scheduling, and real-time adherence.
