I help founders get their time back by managing the operational complexity that builds up around fast-growing teams. I coordinate across departments, filter what actually needs the CEO’s attention, and keep critical initiatives from stalling between meetings—especially in environments that move fast.
Most recently as an Operations & Stakeholder Manager (Contract) in B2B SaaS, I partnered with Sales Leadership to overhaul internal workflows and align the rollout with the executive board’s direction. I caught a critical data discrepancy in an investor deck hours before the presentation by auditing and reconciling revenue figures, then delivering the corrected story to the CEO on time.
