I bring a long track record of customer-focused, results-oriented service with deep experience in claims, data entry, and official documentation. Most recently, I processed automobile claims at American Family Insurance—paying over 66 million dollars by working through ICS, Claim Center, and Audatex systems with the highest accuracy.

I’ve also supported high-volume operations across industries, including 50–100 thousand pieces of mail per night at the United States Postal Service and death claims processing using Accurint and other tools. Earlier in my career, I served as a Consular Specialist / Systems Administrator at the Embassy of Mexico in Helsinki, where I handled consular transactions, improved credential/document workflows, and administered computer systems, networks, and shared printers—while providing proofreading and translation support in English and Spanish.
