What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role that fosters innovation, teamwork, and user-centered design.

I have a strong background in app and web development since 2021. My adaptability to sudden changes and different paces allows me to thrive in dynamic environments where autonomy and open communication are valued. I am particularly interested in leadership roles and project management, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams is what I value the most when it comes to delivering usable and functional products.

In my role as a Product Design and Innovation Projects Analyst at Sebrae PR, I focus on research, planning, and process management to implement innovative practices. As a volunteer menthor in Design Operations at SouJunior, I encourage junior designers to interact with different teams and improve their productivity by optimizing processes and facilitating workshops. My experience includes leading the design of three SaaS B2B products at Grupo LW, where I applied user-centered methodologies and implemented new features strategizing alongside the product managers. I am passionate about understanding the needs of users and the teams I work with, having open communication as a priority and empathy and objectivity as pillars of my work.
