In my experience I worked alongside PMs, developers and other user-facing teams, such as Support, Sells and Implementation, as well as interacting diretcly with users to better understand their behavior and devise the best solution to our challenges. I am responsible for the end-to-end process, from research to implementation, and my range of skills include understanding business goals, user goals, technical feasibility and prototype testing to create a user friendly, polished interface.

My proudest achievements include:

Helping build a platform from the ground up and defining the whole experience;
Redesigning part of a core feature in a system to improve the experience for internal and external stakeholders.
